Henan’s manufacturing industry has good basic conditions for digital transformation，and has made new progress in policy system，leading factory，pilot demonstration，infrastructure，application effectiveness，etc.，and is in a new stage of comprehensive promotion from pilot demonstration. However，at the same time，it is also facing problems such as the low level of digital economy development，the relative backwardness of small and medium-sized enterprises and industrial Internet，the construction of talent teams and the lag of enterprise management reform. To release the multiplier effect of digital empowerment of high-quality development of the manufacturing industry，Henan needs to quickly introduce the industrial Internet，strengthen the digital empowerment of small and medium-sized enterprises，build a cross-border integrated talent team，build new models and new format application scenarios，and increase the intensity of enterprise management reform.
