Digital economy platform is a new way of productivity organization，which lays the foundation for the development of the whole digital economy industry. This report analyzes the impact of digital economy platform enterprises on regional high-quality development by constructing processing effect model and threshold regression model. It is found that the scale of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region Digital Economy platform enterprises has grown rapidly in recent years，but they are facing the problem of low proportion in the industrial structure of digital economy；The development pattern of “one super and three strong” with Beijing as the core has initially taken shape，and the differences of the sources of comparative advantages of digital economy platforms in various cities have gradually become prominent；Digital economy platform enterprises can effectively enlarge the role of digital economy industry in promoting regional high-quality development，but this role can be better played only when the scale exceeds 1.409 billion yuan，and most regions have not yet reached this scale. Based on this，this report puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the perspectives of head enterprise cultivation，digital economy platform sys-tem construction，differentiated development and promoting collaborative governance of digital economy.
