This report selects the data of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region from 2009 to 2020，measures the innovative development efficiency of digital economy in three places by using super-efficiency SBM-DEA and Malmquist index method，and analyzes the spatio-temporal evolution of regional digital economy innovation and development based on the measurement results. The analysis shows that，on the whole，there is a strong correlation between the innovative development level of digital economy and the regional economic development level，and the innovation development efficiency of digital economy in Beijing，Tianjin and Hebei has shown a fluctuating upward trend in recent ten years. From the perspective of spatial evolution，the innovative development efficiency of digital economy in the central region of Beijing，Tianjin and Hebei is relatively stable，while the efficiency in the southern and northern regions changes dramatically. From the perspective of spatial correlation，the spatial positive correlation of the innovation efficiency of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei digital economy gradually weakens over time. Based on the above content，this report summarizes the problems existing in the innovative development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei digital economy，and puts forward the key tasks and countermeasures：break through the key technologies of digital economy and establish a digital innovation platform in the Xiong’an New Area；Improve the utilization efficiency of innovation elements and deepen the opening and sharing of the digital economy innovation resources；Support strategic key industries and promote the integrated development of “double chains” of digital economy；Actively build national laboratories and strengthen national strategic technology forces；Accelerate the construction of collaborative innovation mechanism and improve the supporting environment of digital economy system.
