As “The development planning for the Greater Bay Area of Gunagdong-Hong Kong-Macao” released in 2019，it accelerates the implementation of the national treatment policy in the Greater Bay Area，and more Hong Kong people expect to live in the Greater Bay Area. The “Thematic Household Survey Report No. 71” published by the Census and Statistics Department of Hong Kong in June 2020 showed that the estimated number of people aged 15 and above who were very interested in coming to live in cities in the Greater Bay Area（including living or retiring，working or doing business，studying or further education）was 266.200，of which people aged 65 or above was 60.1%.（Census and Statistics Department 2020）. Thus，the government should improve the supporting policies to promote harmony between the residents of the two places. The development of the elderly care service system in Shenzhen and Hong Kong also enables the elderly to retire with their children in cities in the Pearl River Delta. The Hong Kong Society for Rehabilitation established an elderly residential home named “Yee Hong Height” in Yantian，Shenzhen in 2002. Over the years，with the strong support of Shenzhen and Yantian District Government，“Yee Hong Height” has developed by leaps and bounds. With the development of the healthy ageing system，management experience and innovation in the Greater Bay Area，“Yee Hong Height” is expected to be a Pearl of the elderly care service in Shenzhen. Taking Society for Rehabilitation in Hong Kong as an example，this report explores the initial resolution for building the “Yee Hong Height” in Shenzhen，the combing model between Shenzhen and Hongkong，and the development advice for resource integration.
