In order to understand the development level and sustainable development capabilities of theKangyang industry in different regions of my country in 2021，the project team focused on 4 first-level indicators，14 second-level indicators and 49 third-level indicators of health and health resources，environment，facilities，and the level of health and health development. After revising and improving the sustainable development evaluation system of the Kangyang industry，the country’s more than 2，800 county-level administrative units and more than 330 city-level administrative units across the country’s sustainable development capabilities of the Kangyang industry were evaluated，and finally the top 20 health and health cities in China were selected. （Prefecture level） and top 100 counties （cities）. The survey also found that in 2021，the development level of the Kangyang industry in the three regions of Southwest，South and East China will continue to maintain the leading position in the country. Among them，Sichuan Province，Chongqing City，Guizhou Province and Yunnan Province pay relatively high attention to the development of the Kangyang industry. It is expected that the development of the Kangyang industry in various regions in my country will appear in a continuous development pattern in the future. At present，the development of the Kangyang industry has gradually formed four more mature health care formats：research，study，residence，healing，and sports，and these four major formats are based on climate resources，hot spring resources，forest resources，Supported by the five major resources of agricultural resources and traditional Chinese medicine resources，the mass sports and Kangyang industry may achieve rapid development. In addition，with its own characteristics，the Kangyang industry has become an important path for the successful transformation and sustainable development of resource-exhausted cities represented by Datong City and Jiaozuo City. The importance of the Kangyang industry has gradually become prominent，and the future will be an important way to realize the revitalization of the countryside and promote the transformation of a tourist destination to a holiday destination.
