At present，there are still some problems with the protection of personal information in China，such as unequal rights relationship between governance subjects，imperfect personal information protection system，unsmooth judicial relief channels，obvious early effect of special governance but insufficient stamina. Controversial issues，refine and improve the construction of supporting policies and norms for personal information，explore and develop a public interest litigation relief system，promote the construction of platform responsibility and the development of industry self-discipline to deepen the protection and utilization of personal information.
