Series national policies had been published during past three years，which had constructed the new production relationship of “Internet + healthcare” in China. “Internet + medicine” has been driven to the forefront of the international society by the growing health needs of public in China，while new productive force has been forming gradually. There were still some factors restricting the transformation of technology and management. “Internet + medicine” will meet the needs of the high-quality development of hospitals，and become a fast way to promote hierarchical medical cares，which would become driving forces for the development of digital medical industry.
