In recent years，the National Health Commission has attached great importance to the important role of volunteer service in meeting the health needs of the masses，leading the industry’s civilized fashion，and promoting the reform and development of careers. Effectively strengthen leadership，establish a long-term mechanism，and promote the in-depth development of health volunteer services. First，strengthen the leadership of party building，give full play to the advantages of youth，and do a good job in institutionalizing the cause of health volunteer services. Second，integrate social resources，expand service areas，and improve people’s sense of health and happiness. Third，despite the hardships and dangers，the majority of health volunteers actively participated in the fight against the new crown pneumonia epidemic. In order to do a good job of volunteering in the health industry in the future，the National Health Commission must give full play to the leadership of party building and the advantages of young people in the industry，and combine the party’s organizational leadership with the social mobilization of mass organizations；it must focus on building a healthy China. And actively respond to the national strategy of population aging，give full play to the professional advantages of the industry，and meet the health needs of the masses；focus on strengthening the construction of organization，institutionalization，and professionalism，and incorporate volunteer service work into the party building of public hospitals and the building of spiritual civilization in the industry.
