As an important ecological barrier and water conservation area in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River and the Yellow River，Sichuan shoulders the great mission of maintaining national ecological security. It is urgent and of great significance to scientifically build an ecological civilization system and give full play to the supporting role of ecological civilization system. As an important basic system for the reform of ecological civilization system，ecological compensation and the realization of ecological product value have a synergistic relationship of mutual support and mutual promotion，and have typical exploration，practice，promotion and application value in Sichuan. This paper aims at the path of ecological compensation to promote the realization of ecological product value. Firstly，this paper discriminates the concept and relationship between ecological compensation and the realization of ecological product value，and theoretically analyzes the path of ecological compensation to promote the realization of ecological product value. Taking six typical ecological comprehensive compensation pilot cases as the starting point，this paper empirically analyzes the path measures of ecological compensation to promote the realization of ecological product value，compares and analyzes the case areas，and obtains the differences of measures of ecological comprehensive compensation to promote the realization of ecological product value in different economic development levels and Development Foundation areas. This paper will provide reference for Sichuan and other regions in the country to choose specific measures in promoting the coordinated development of ecological compensation and the value of ecological products.
