    成都外环铁路与沿线自然保护地协同管理路径研究

    摘要

    我国的国情和城市快速轨道交通的优势决定了快速轨道交通在可持续发展的城市交通运输中具有重要地位。交通建筑业的迅速发展,对沿线地区造成的影响日益严重,如何有效合理地促进周边地区与轨道交通协同发展成为人们逐渐关心的话题。本文以成都外环铁路为例,探讨成都外环铁路沿线自然保护地与成都外环铁路协同发展路径。本文首先描述了成都外环铁路沿线自然保护地的基本情况,基于此,构建外环铁路与沿线自然保护地相关性评价指标体系,并依据两者的相关性得分,将其划分为三类:强相关自然保护地、一般相关自然保护地及弱相关自然保护地。依据三类沿线自然保护地的不同区域特点,因地制宜地对沿线自然保护地提出了不同的协同管理路径。

    Abstract

    China’s national conditions and the advantages of urban rapid rail transit determine that rapid rail transit plays an important role in the sustainable development of urban transportation system. With the rapid development of the transportation construction industry,the impact on the area along the line is increasingly serious,how to effectively and reasonably promote the coordinated development of the surrounding area and rail transit has become a gradually concerned problem. This paper will take Chengdu Outer ring railway as an example to study the coordinated development path of protected natural areas along chengdu outer ring railway and Chengdu outer ring railway. Firstly,the basic situation of nature reserve along chengdu outer ring railway is described. Then combining with the basic situation of the natural protected areas along the line,the correlation evaluation index system of the outer ring railway and the natural protected areas along the line is constructed. According to the correlation score between them,they can be divided into three categories:strong correlation,general correlation and weak correlation. According to the different regional characteristics of the three types of protected areas along the line,different collaborative management paths are put forward according to local conditions.
