In order to further implement the law of the People’s Republic of China on environmental pollution of solid waste，further promote solid waste pollution control，solve the urgent problems in Sichuan province，this paper for solid waste pollution control in Sichuan province legislation research，summarizes the typical model of solid waste pollution control of Sichuan province problems and put forward legislative Suggestions. Sichuan province in recent years，although actively promote multiple channels to strengthen legal publicity，constantly improve the system construction，actively promote living garbage classification work，achieved obvious results，explore a lot of typical model experience，but the distance completely meet the new “solid waste law” and other national laws and policy requirements，the people’s demand for beautiful ecological environment quality still has a gap. The legislation of solid waste pollution should focus on the overall utilization of solid waste；solid waste disposal still faces many difficulties；the solid waste supervision system remains to be improved；solid waste information supervision ability，highlight Sichuan characteristics and improve the pertinence and operability of legislation.
