2020年,面对严峻复杂的国内外环境,特别是新冠肺炎疫情的巨大冲击,东北三省贯彻落实习近平同志在东北的讲话及重要指示批示精神,克服重重困难,房地产业运行平稳向好。本文通过对2020年东北三省房地产市场运行基本数据进行深入分析,明确了东北三省房地产业发展的基本特征以及存在的主要问题,同时根据国家“十四五”规划及2035年远景目标,对东北三省房地产业的未来发展趋势进行了预测。“十四五”时期,东北三省应积极调整供给结构、促进大中小城市房地产平稳发展、大力发展住房租赁业、促进房地产与新型城镇化协调发展,进一步促进东北三省房地产业保持良性循环、实现平稳健康可持续发展。

Based on the in-depth analysis of the basic data of the real estate market operation in the three northeastern provinces of China in 2020,this paper defines the basic characteristics and main problems of the real estate industry development in the three northeastern provinces. At the same time,according to the national “14th five year plan” and the long-term goal of 2035,this paper forecasts the future development trend of the real estate industry in the three northeastern provinces,It also puts forward that in the future,the three northeastern provinces should adjust the supply structure,promote the stable development of real estate in large,medium and small cities,vigorously develop the housing rental industry,improve the old housing,integrate the existing resources to serve the society,and promote the coordinated development between real estate and new urbanization,so as to further promote the virtuous cycle,stable,healthy and sustainable development of the real estate industry in the three northeastern provinces.
