On the basis of clearly defining the logical connotation of promoting common prosperity by strengthen the collective economy，this report summarizes and sorts out the development status of the collective economy in Sichuan Province. This report argues that at the current stage，Sichuan Province is facing the existence of Three major contradictions which include massive idle and continuous management of collective assets，market-oriented operation and risk prevention of collective assets and external support and endogenous power of collective economy. The relevant suggestions are encouraging rural collective economic organizations to revitalize and utilize idle assets，forming a team of operational management talents and so on.
