Employment and entrepreneurship of migrant workers is one of the essential connotations of promoting common prosperity. Sichuan province regards the employment and entrepreneurship of migrant workers as a strategic work，constantly improving the employment stability of migrant workers and optimizing the entrepreneurial environment of migrant workers，forming six main experience models. However，in the course of steadily advancing the great journey of common prosperity，there are still some problems，such as the income of rural migrant workers needs to be further healed and the endogenous sustainable development capacity is insufficient. Therefore，it is necessary to continuously optimize the social and market environment for migrant workers’ employment and entrepreneurship from the aspects of raising their wages，promoting fair distribution and improving the financial mortgage system，so as to lay a foundation for promoting migrant workers’ employment and entrepreneurship and common prosperity.
