The three northeastern provinces are important agricultural production base in China. Accelerating the development of agricultural processing industry has become an important part of the provinces to achieve high-quality agricultural development. At present，the agricultural products processing industry has been strengthened continuously in Northeast China. This has resulted in the development and expansion of leading enterprises，a better development situation and a stronger national position. However，in the process of development，there are also some practical problems such as low level of deep-processing，short chain of processing industry，low industrial agglomeration and need to further strengthen the guarantee of factors of production. In the future，Northeast China should create a favorable development environment for agricultural products processing industry from strengthening regional cooperation，enhancing scientific and technological innovation，strengthening the development of agricultural industrialization，and promoting the construction of industrial agglomeration.
