In 2021，while the construction of Shenzhen Pilot Demonstration Zone for Socialism with Chinese Characteristics is fully carried out，Shenzhen SEZ also faces many prominent contradictions and major problems. The pressure on innovation and development for the medium and long run is increased，a new round of technological revolution and regional economic reform brings new challenges，and Shenzhen SEZ urgently needs to cultivate new driving forces with digital economy technology. Faced with the new requirements under the new stage，new concept and new development pattern，Shenzhen SEZ’s urgency for high-quality economic development is increased，and accordingly，the pressure for sustainable development has increased.
