2021 marks the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China and the 40th anniversary of the reform and development of China’s property management industry. Under the background of the implementation of the civil code，policy guidance and support，and supply side structural reform，the property management industry has accelerated the expansion of management scale，continuously extended the service boundary，continued efforts in urban services，continuously optimized the business structure of the industry，maintained a stable growth rate，and continuously improved the quality of development. During the 14th Five Year Plan period，the property management industry was also given a new mission in promoting the prosperity and development of the service industry，improving the government’s economic governance capacity，comprehensively improving the quality of the city，and building a new pattern of grass-roots social governance.
