This report analyzes the geographical distribution，educational resources，enrollment，and educational quality of the top 100 clinical medicine majors（5-year program）in universities in 2021. The result shows that except for Tibet and Qinghai，other provinces and cities have universities in the top 100. There are 34 universities in East China，and there is much room for improvement in clinical medical professional education resources in northwest and southwest China. It can be seen from the data that the geographical distribution of high-quality clinical medical professional education resources in China is uneven. According to THE World University Discipline Ranking 2022：Clinical and Health Research，published by Times Higher Education on October，2021，the coincidence degree of the top 10 Chinese universities in clinical medicine reached 70% in two rankings. From the analysis of the number of college graduates，the number of undergraduate clinical medicine graduates in different regions has a relatively large difference in meeting the recruitment needs of this region.
