This paper analyzes the geographical distribution，medical techn-ology，resource allocation，academic influence and other aspects of the top 100 top Hospitals in China in 2021. The results show that the pattern of top 10 hospitals is changing steadily；particularly，ranking of top 5 hospitals is unchanged compares with that of 2020. The geographical distribution of listed hospitals is uneven. In addition to Inner Mongolia，Qinghai，Xizang，Guizhou and Hainan，at least one hospital from other provinces made the top 100 list，with Beijing，Shanghai and Guangdong ranking the top. The result of factor analysis of competitiveness shows that among the top 100 top hospitals，the first phalanx hospital has large advantage of service capacity，resource allocation and academic research ability，which will be further enhanced in the future.
