From the perspective of ecosystem carbon sequestration increment mechanism and classification，this report summarizes the methods and models to improve the biological carbon sequestration and soil carbon sequestration increment of different ecosystems，and gives policy suggestions such as implementing scientific field management measures，optimizing traditional farming methods，strengthening farmland soil protection，developing carbon sequestration fishery，land and sea planning，reducing land over fertilization and improving system guarantee.
