Since ASEAN is a significant component of “the Belt and Road” region，China and ASEAN closely cooperate in medical sector. This report mainly analyzes the top 100 best hospitals in China and ASEAN from the aspects of medical geography，hospital operation，competitive factors and so on，in order to better understand the medical status of the best hospitals in China and ASEAN. The number of hospitals in China and Singapore is relatively higher，58 and 11 respectively，and the competitiveness index is also relatively high. Compared with China and some ASEAN countries，the person-to-bed ratio is relatively low. The China has a relatively good advantage in the medical level in China and ASEAN region，and it is the most competitive region in the list，and all of them are public hospitals. A striking gap with the China is the Philippines，where private hospitals outnumber and outcompete public ones.
