本报告根据2016~2021年艾力彼县级、地级医院的数据库进行横向、纵向的对比分析,找出标杆医院的竞争力优势和存在的问题,为该层级医院的进一步发展提供数据支撑。地/县300强医院需要重视专科建设,提升医疗服务质量,由规模化向质量化转型,提高患者满意度,真正做到大病不出地/县。数据分析结果显示,地/县300强医院床位数增幅整体缩减,床位使用率下降到100%以下,平均住院天数呈下降态势。人力资源的合理配置是保证医院高质量发展的前提,2016~2021年随着床位数的增长,地/县300强医院职工人数呈现快速增长态势,医生人数和护士人数增长速度相当。由于快速诊断和快速检测的发展,医院检查检验设备不断更新,医技人员数量也有明显增长,中高级职称人数和硕士学历人数增长较快,博士人数增长放缓,可见人才下沉还需要相关配套政策的支持。地/县300强医院医疗服务量先持续增长,2021年出现下降拐点,年住院手术量总体呈增长趋势,充分体现了分级诊疗的建设成效。
<<This report analyzes the 2016~2021 data of county-level and prefecture-level hospitals based on the GAHA’s database,and analyzes the competitiveness advantages and existing problems of the prefecture-level and county-level benchmark hospitals through horizontal and vertical comparison,to provide data support for the further development of such hospitals. The top 300 hospitals in prefecture-county need to transform from scale to quality,attach importance to connotation construction,improve medical quality and service,and improve patient satisfaction,in order to truly ensure that serious diseases will never occur in prefecture-county. The data analysis results show that the number of beds in the top 300 hospitals in the prefecture or county has further slowed down,the bed utilization rate has dropped below 100%,and the average length of hospital stay has gradually decreased. The rational allocation of human resources is the premise of guarantee the high-quality hospital development. In the past six years,with the growth of beds,the number of hospital staff in the top 300 county-level or prefecture-level hospitals has increased rapidly,and the number of doctors and nurses has increased at the same rate. Due to the rapid diagnosis,rapid detection and constant updating of inspection and testing equipment,the number of medical technicians has increased greatly,and the number of senior titles and doctors has slowed down. Therefore,talent sinking also needs the support of relevant supporting policies. The number of medical services in the top 300 hospitals in the prefecture or county continues to grow,and the increase of discharge volume and operation volume is greater than the increase of emergency department volume. In particular,the rapid growth of inpatient surgery in the year fully reflects the construction effect of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment. The hospital’s total revenue continues to increase,the cost control is beginning to show results,and profit margins have rebounded.
