It is simple trial wisdom to conduct a trial around the basic elements and make judgment documents in courts. This paper demonstrates the feasibility and necessity of the element type intelligent trial model from five aspects：traceability，empirical investigation，paradigm analysis，utility evaluation，and application prospect. Taking the ZHI System of the full element trial of network copyright disputes in Guangzhou Internet Court as an example，the full process element intelligent mode featured by a large number of cases and a small number of persons，especially under the background of the blowout of network copyright dispute cases，can effectively solve the current judicial pain points of intellectual property，improve the quality and efficiency of judicial protection of Internet intellectual property，and assure the healthy development of digital culture market.
