Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China，the CPC Central Committee with President Xi Jinping at its core has attached great importance to informatization work and made a series of major decisions and important arrangements to point out the direction and provide fundamental guidelines for the People’s courts in promoting informatization work in the new era. As an application of information technology，the whole-process paperless case handling is an important practical path for People’s courts to realize the modernization of the trial system and trial ability，which is of great significance to change the judicial trial mode，build a new pattern of trial assistance and improve the application experience. With the gradual advancement of whole-process paperless case handling，the problems of certain courts such as incomplete promotion，deficient systematic design and insufficient practical effect have been exposed. In the next step，we need to solve comprehensive problems such as multi-business department cooperation，multi-content cross promotion and multi-angle practical application at the macro level，and solve complex problems such as improving trial efficiency，enhancing the sense of judicial access and enhancing the effect of court management at the micro-level.
