<<With the growth of Chinese enterprises,more and more enterprises have begun to expand overseas markets,and improve their competitiveness through the allocation and coordination of global resources. From the perspective of whether and why firms need globalization,this report begins with stating the purpose of globalization of firms,and analyzes the benefits,risks,and challenges of globalization. Combined with Huawei’s experience in overseas market expansion,this report explores the opportunities,paths,and methods of globalization of enterprises,observes enterprise practices from the aspects of scale,attributes,and stages of firms,and shares some of the author’s own thoughts.
