After China’s reform and opening-up，a large number of multinational corporations and foreign capital entered China. According to the “Statistical Bulletin of FDI in China 2020” released on the official website of the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China，as of December 2019，China had established a total of 1，001，635 foreign-invested enterprises，with a cumulative actual use of foreign capital of US$2，290.47 billion. Multinational enterprises are not only the beneficiaries of China’s opening up，but also the contributors to China’s economic and social development. They continue to bring new energy to the formation of China’s new dual-circulation development model and have become an important part of China’s economy. Meanwhile，as China’s demand for participation in global governance continues to increase，multinational enterprises actively implementing and promoting corporate social responsibility concepts and practices in China，provides more favorable conditions for China’s in-depth participation in globalization and global sustainable development governance. By analyzing current political and economic backgrounds domestic and abroad，this report studies the basic characteristics of the corporate social responsibility of multinational enterprises in China from five dimensions，and comprehensively recommends the top 30 “Corporate Social Responsibility of Multinational Enterprises in China（2020-2021）”. It also puts forward suggestions for the sustainable development of multinational corporations in China in the future，so as to promote the sound development of China-Foreign economic and trade integration.
