This chapter，focusing on the four evaluation dimensions：data value，digital industrialization，digitalization of industries and ecological governance，comprehensively constructs the digital economy index，aiming at measuring and evaluating the competitive advantages of various regions in the process of digital transformation and development and their ability to drive the development of other fields by these advantages，so as to provide reference for various regions to grasp the situation of local digital development.
