本文从种植、加工、市场发展、消费趋势、服务业以及科技等领域对云南省茶产业进行概述性总结。2018年,云南省茶园种植总面积达到666。80万亩,种植面积基本趋于稳定,居全国第二位。茶叶产量39。83万吨,干毛茶产值164。61亿元。茶叶生产已部分实现传统生产工艺与现代工艺的有效结合,在传统工艺的基础之上,引入了现代先进生产工艺。茶叶消费中,普洱茶、绿茶、红茶消费人群占比97。60%,是习惯性消费市场培育的重点。科研方面,在茶树品种繁育、病虫害防治、栽培种植技术,茶叶生产加工技术,茶叶品质及功效等方面取得了很大成就。同时,本文对云南茶产业存在的技术开发滞后、高新技术引进不足、茶叶综合利用率有待提高、科研投入不足、产品质量安全技术水平有待提高等问题以及市场中的问题进行了分析,根据云南茶产业的特点,提出了有机化、商品化、规模化、品牌化、促融合的发展建议与政策措施。
<<This chapter concludes the development of Yunnan’s tea industry by providing summary of main points in planting,processing,market development,consumption,technology and service sector. In 2018,the total planting area of organic tea in Yunnan has reached 44,533 hectares,ranking second in China. The output of tea rose by 398,300 tons. The output value of crude tea has reached 16.461 billion yuan. The consumption of black tea,green tea and pu-erh tea accounted for 97.60%. Although there are still remaining problems such as imperfect regulations and policies,unsound systems and mechanisms,and the lagging behind of relevant technical development. In order to grasp the important strategic opportunities,Yunnan’s tea industry has been vigorously developing its tea comprehensive branding strategies,tea derivative products and industry chain.
