本文从生产环节、流通环节、消费环节、各茶类发展等方面对四川省茶产业进行概述。2018年,四川省茶园面积、投产面积、茶产量、综合产值、茶农人均收入均有较大幅度增加。电商、国际市场快速发展,“一主三辅”成为产业特色,四川省茶产业呈现面积增加、结构优化、影响扩大、产销两旺、增产增收的稳步发展态势。同时,本文对四川红茶、黑茶、绿茶现状以及存在的问题进行分析,提出坚持以“一主三辅”优势产品为主攻方向,以市场需求为发展导向,主动调整产品结构,进一步推动四川省茶产业发展的政策措施。
<<This chapter concludes the development of Sichuan’s tea industry by providing summary of main points in planting,processing,circulation and consumption. Sichuan province has devoted to supporting the tea industry by promoting industrial structure adjustment,making profits by extending marketing channels,such as local distribution,e-marketing,international trade,etc. Production of tea and the amount of tea plantation areas in Sichuan have steadily increased. The model of “one principal type plus three secondary types” with capability as the main line is a new idea that brought forward during Sichuan’s tea industry exploration. The goal is to optimize and upgrade the tea industrial structure in Sichuan.
