This chapter analyses the development of tea industry in terms of planting and processing，circulation and trade，popularization of excellent seed and science and technology innovation，and the tea culture and industrial integration in Hubei province firstly. Then through horizontal and vertical comparison，it concludes the key bottleneck of tea industry transformation and upgrading in Hubei. Finally，some ideas and countermeasures to promote the high-quality development of tea industry，including improving seed-breeding and popularization system，building ecological and green tea gardens，promoting the level of the tea deep processing，cultivating and strengthening the leading enterprises，raising the awareness of Hubei tea brands and driving tea industry integration，are put forward.
