Countries along the “Belt and Road” have abundant energy resources，vast markets，huge populations and development potential，and are in a period of rapid economic growth and transition. As a major economic province and a major open province in China，Shandong actively participates in the “Belt and Road” initiative. Shandong takes structural optimization and innovation-driven as the main line，coordinating the simultaneous development of “bringing in” and “going out”. In particular，vigorously develop investment cooperation with countries along the “Belt and Road”. To vigorously develop investment cooperation with countries along the “Belt and Road”，several key measures should be adopted：One is to further raise awareness of the urgency and necessity of investment in countries along the “Belt and Road”；the second is to further accelerate the reform of the management system for investment in countries along the “Belt and Road”；the third is to further improve the investment incentive policies for countries along the “Belt and Road”；the fourth is to further improve Shandong’s financing policies for investments in countries along the “One Belt and Road”；the fifth，further optimize the main structure of Shandong’s investment in countries along the “Belt and Road”；the sixth，further improve the service system of Shandong’s investment in countries along the “Belt and Road”.
