In 2020，under the promotion of a series of national and local policies and measures，the innovative development of Shandong’s foreign trade have achieved remarkable results，showing a good development trend in terms of scale efficiency，market layout，and development environment. Meanwhile，it is also challenging to promote the innovative development of Shandong’s foreign trade especially considering the complex global situations and domestic environment. Thus，it should work hard to transform the foreign trade momentum from factor-driven to innovation-driven，integrate into the new development pattern，and accelerate the establishment of the new advantages of international competition and cooperation in Shandong province.
