Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China，Shandong Province has made positive achievements in the reform of the medical and health system，improving the system of tiered diagnosis and treatment，strengthening the capacity of community-level medical services，and overcoming difficulties in the reform and innovation in the areas of the Healthy Shandong actions. With positive results，the residents’ sense of health gains has been continuously enhanced，medical resources are more abundant，the level of health services has been improved，the traditional Chinese medicine has been strengthened，and the health environment has been optimized. However，there are still problems such as the big health concept needs to be updated urgently，the medical treatment process needs to be optimized，the shortage of medical and health talents，and the quality and efficiency of health industry needs to be improved. Shandong province will accelerate the guideline of Healthy Shandong in all fields，and create a strong atmosphere in which the whole society pays attention to health，work together and share health.
