In recent years，Guangxi has strengthened the construction of public cultural service system，made remarkable achievements in building and improving the public cultural service system covering urban and rural areas，and has basically built a modern public cultural service system. They actively explore the development of tourism public services，and organize the integration of service functions of county public cultural institutions and tourism service centers. Although Guangxi has made some achievements in the construction of cultural and tourism public service system，the overall level of cultural and tourism services in the region is not high. The development is still unbalanced and insufficient. There is a relative lack of grass-roots professionals and the facilities and equipment are relatively backward. These can not fully meet the new expectations of the people of the region for a better life.
