Rural cultural revitalization is an important part of the Rural Revitalization Strategy. We must adhere to the combination of material civilization and spiritual civilization by improving the spiritual outlook of farmers，cultivate civilized rural style，good family style and simple folk style to constantly improve the degree of rural social civilization. In the new era，rural cultural development must give full play to the overall coordination role of county-level Party committees and governments. Along the idea of “demonstration guidance，downward shift of focus，classified services and culture +”，county-level Party committees and governments are responsible for the planning，coordination，training and resource allocation of rural cultural development within their jurisdiction，carry out the construction of “one museum and one station” in villages and towns，and promote the supply side reform of public culture，establish a “cultural consultation and governance mechanism”，strengthen standardization construction，optimize investment mode，implement “external introduction and internal education”，and expand the team of rural cultural talents，so as to finally win the battle of poverty alleviation and realize rural revitalization.
