The article aims to draw lessons from policy experience，taking the Australian National Cultural Park as the main subject of reference. Using the method of literature summary and induction，the article summarizes the findings and achievements of Chinese and foreign research on the Australian National Cultural Park，and proposes corresponding policy experience in the light of the current situation of the development of China’s National Cultural Park. The article adopts a combination of case studies and facts to summarise the management experience and methods of Australia’s national cultural parks from five aspects，including management subjects，diversified contents，operation methods，policies and laws，and public participation. The summary finds that the development of Australia’s national cultural parks is characterised by diversity，concreteness and a strong sense of public participation. After summarizing the management experience of Australia’s national cultural parks，and against the background of the Construction Plan for the Great Wall，Grand Canal and Long March National Cultural Parks （hereinafter referred to as the Plan），and taking into account national conditions，inspirations and suggestions are put forward for China’s national cultural park development and construction，such as strengthening integrated management，improving the legal system，scientific and reasonable positioning，supporting engineering construction，improving operation methods，and strengthening public participation The following are some inspirations and suggestions for the development and construction of national cultural parks in China.
