It’s extremely important to deliver the spirit of Long Match，promote the development of industries along the routes，spread the Chinese story，and build confidence in the Chinese nation’s culture by the construction of Long March national cultural park. This requires highlighting the concept of “the country，red culture，public services” and other themes，forming a vertical management mechanism which is full of coordination and linkage，strengthening systems for ensuring human resources，capital and laws，doing a good job in pilot work. Hunan province is an important node in the construction of long March National Cultural Park. The Long March National Cultural Park （Hunan section） is still in the early stages of construction. Guizhou province，on the other hand，has a bright spot in planning the preservation and inheritance of long March cultural relics and the integration of culture and tourism. In order to promote the construction of long March National Cultural Park （Hunan Section） better，this paper makes the following recommendations. Firstly，it is necessary to show the local characteristic culture according to local conditions. Secondly，we should adhere to the system concept and coordinate the construction of the Long March national cultural park. Thirdly，we will promote the construction of the Long March National Cultural Park by combining education with entertainment. Fourthly，we need to pool all social forces for win-win cooperation. Fifthly，the mechanism of cultural inheritance should be straightened out and adequate financial support should be given. Sixthly，we should attach importance to the promulgation of local regulations to provide legislative guarantee for the development of the corresponding work. Seventhly，we must make scientific plans and implement them in stages. Eighthly，we should attach importance to promoting the development of cultural and creative industries by relying on national cultural parks. Ninthly，specific tasks and assessment indicators should be formulated for the construction plan of The Long March National Cultural Park （Hunan section）.
