Nowadays, internet has been playing a more and more important role in society. In Guangzhou, internet is developed well and the number of netizen is large, in order to provide better service for internet management and netizen, the paper analyzes and summarizes the interaction between internet society and citizens, discovers the problems, compares the approaches in the advanced areas both domestic and overseas and then proposes the goal of internet society construction for Guangzhou.
