The New Industrial Cities have made some achievements in promoting the development of urban-rural integration，and have made significant contributions to promoting the infrastructure construction of urban-rural integration. From the perspective of construction contents and objectives，New Industrial Cities and urban-rural infrastructure construction have the same connotation. They play the same role in promoting regional advantages and “depression effect”. This paper summarized and combed four development modes of New Industrial Cities and urban-rural infrastructure integration，namely，New Industrial Cities and urban-rural infrastructure integration mode based on industrial advantages，New Industrial Cities and urban-rural infrastructure integration mode based on resource advantages，New Industrial Cities and urban-rural infrastructure integration mode based on cultural heritage advantages，New Industrial Cities and urban-rural infrastructure integration mode based on the advantages of ecological endowment. Each integration mode of New Industrial Cities and urban-rural infrastructure has different emphasis on infrastructure construction. Finally，this paper gives the guarantee mechanism of the integration of New Industrial Cities and urban-rural infrastructure from the aspects of overall development planning，top-level design，investment and financing mode and management mechanism.
