在新发展格局下,为了解决发展不平衡不充分的矛盾,充分发挥农村发展潜力与后劲,我国一直积极推进乡村振兴战略与新型城镇化建设。作为中国城镇化建设新支点的产业新城为我国的城镇化建设做出了巨大贡献。然而,二元分割的城乡建设用地市场为城镇化的发展带来了许多问题。因此,构建城乡统一的建设用地市场是新时代实现共同富裕的必然要求。产业新城与城乡统一的建设用地市场不是割裂的,而是相互促进、相互协同的关系,两者共同发展促进中国新型城镇化建设。
<<Under the new development pattern,in order to solve the problems of unbalanced urban-rural development and inadequate rural development,China has been actively promoting the rural revitalization strategy and new urbanization construction. As a new pivot point for exploring the construction of urbanization in China,New Industrial Cities have made great contributions to the construction of urbanization in China. However,the dichotomous urban-rural construction land market has brought many problems to the development of urbanization. For this reason,the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee proposed to build a unified urban-rural construction land market. New Industrial Cities and the unified urban-rural construction land market are not separated,but are mutually promoting and synergistic,and both develop together to promote the construction of China’s new urbanization.
