The paper analyzes the data serial of social employment in Guangzhou from 1978 to 2010 based on the ARIMA model in Box-Jenkins, and builds the autoregressive moving average model ARIMA(3,2,2) of employed people in Guangzhou. Besides, the paper predicts the overall scale of employed people from 2011 to 2015 based on ARIMA. The result of the prediction shows that during 12th five- year plan, both the quality and scale of social employment in Guangzhou is steadily increased. <<
