Traditional Chinese Medicine（TMC）has accumulated abundant experience to control and treat infectious disease in epidemic in history of Chinese Civilization and made important and lasting contributions in battle against coronavirus disease-19（COVID-19）epidemic. In this review，the authors investigate 3014 academic papers about application of TMC on SARS，Influenza A H1N1，H7N9 avian influenza，dengue and COVID-19，focusing on research the top 100 academic references，as well as more than 10 TMC anti-epidemic monographs and 309 TMC academic papers included in SCIE，not only provides a reference for the academic achievements and clinical experience of TMC in anti-epidemic，but also serves as an evidence-based for in-depth research on value of TMC in anti-epidemic career.
