中医医馆是中医药传承与创新发展的重要组成部分，也是中医药文化建设的主要阵地之一。本报告通过文献研究对中医医馆行业发展现状进行梳理，总结分析了物质文化、制度文化、行为文化和精神文化四类医馆文化类型及中医药文化建设情况。并在此基础上通过专家咨询法自拟调查问卷，选取8家典型中医医馆为研究对象，分别针对其经营者、患者和员工，调查各医馆的建设情况、患者满意度及员工满意度。根据调查结果，依据文化特征将8家医馆分别划分为卓越型、强劲型、潜力型和灵秀型，并针对不同类型的中医医馆提出差异化发展建议，以期为中医医馆行业的发展和医馆文化建设提供参考。
<<Chinese Medicine Clinics are not only an important part of the inheritance and innovative development effort for Traditional Chinese Medicine，but also the main focus in the construction of Traditional Chinese Medicine culture. This report summarizes the development and progress of Chinese Medicine Clinics sector through literature research，and analyzes different cultural types of Chinese Medicine Clinics and the construction efforts for Traditional Chinese Medicine culture. On this basis，through the expert consultation method，a self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the clinic infrastructure，patient satisfaction and employee satisfaction of 8 typical Chinese Medicine Clinics，respectively surveys with their managers，patients and employees. According to the survey results，according to the cultural characteristics，the eight clinics are divided into Excellent Type，Strong Type，Potential Type and Smart Type，and put forward differentiated development suggestions for different types of Chinese Medicine Clinics，in order to provide reference for the development of Chinese Medicine Clinics sector and the construction of Clinic Culture.
