本报告基于2005年和2018年的交通数据,利用复杂网络分析方法和最短出行时间法分别对东北地区陆路交通(公路和铁路)的拓扑可达性和时间可达性进行了分析,研究发现2018年东北地区陆路交通可达性相较于2005年有了较大程度的提升,但在空间分布上仍然呈现出明显的“核心—边缘”分布模式,为此从继续加大陆路交通基础设施投资力度和推动东北地区陆路交通网络一体化发展两个方面提出了政策性建议。
<<Based on the traffic data in 2005 and 2018,this report used the complex network analysis method and the shortest travel time method to analyze the topological accessibility and temporal accessibility of land transportation(road and railway)in Northeast China. The study found that,compared with 2005,the accessibility of land transportation in Northeast China in 2018 has been greatly improved,but the spatial distribution still shows an obvious “core-edge” distribution pattern. Finally,policy suggestions were put forward from two aspects:continuing to increase investment in land transportation infrastructure and promoting the integrated development of land transportation network in Northeast China.
