Beijing’s intellectual property securitization business has developed rapidly，and the number of projects，the scale of financing and the richness of underlying asset types are all among the top in the country. However，in this process，there are also problems such as imperfect relevant legal systems，single form of special-purpose institutions，potential risks due to the characteristics of intellectual property rights，and difficulty in transaction disposal to increase product risks. In order to promote the development of intellectual property securitization and support Beijing’s construction of a global science and technology innovation center with financial factors，it is recommended to strengthen the top-level design of the legal system for intellectual property securitization，improve the information disclosure system，and establish a scientific operating mechanism.
