There is a coupling relationship between green finance and high-quality economic development. This paper deeply discusses its effect and development mechanism in the process of high-quality economic development and construction in Beijing，defines the rational development path，and promotes the efficient and innovative development of green finance. According to the key areas and directions of high-quality economic development in Beijing，it is proposed to build a high-quality economic development path from the aspects of building a green asset trading platform，promoting the construction of green technology transfer center，issuing Beijing green enterprise green project standards，issuing green financial preferential policies，and promoting the development of green funds.
