The Outline of the Development Plan of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Bay Area takes “the demonstration area of in-depth cooperation between the mainland and Hong Kong & Macao” as one of the five strategic positioning for the construction of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Bay area. Building an open regional collaborative development community is an important measure to realize this strategic positioning，and “exploring a new model of coordinated development” is the key strategy to realize this strategic positioning.
