The Yangtze River delta needs to grasp the important opportunities for the country to promote the integrated development of culture and tourism，accurately grasp the constraints on the integrated development of culture and tourism in the Yangtze River Delta，identify the development path，innovate development ideas，and promote the integrated development of culture and tourism to become an important force to highlight the core competitiveness of culture in the Yangtze River Delta and help the regional integration of the Yangtze River Delta. To promote the transformation of traditional culture and tourism industry by policy，technology and market environment，we need to grasp five trends and laws. First，the development focuses on the development goal of cultural self-confidence，second，the integration of culture and tourism presents the upstream and downstream industrial chain model，and third，promote the transformation and development of platform economy with the support of cultural content. Fourth，take cultural content as the core to form a multi format integration of cultural tourism. Fifth，take the cultural content as the driving force and empower the experiential cultural tourism model. At present，there are still some restrictive factors in the integration of culture and tourism in the Yangtze River Delta，such as insufficient excavation and transformation of cultural content，insufficient theme of “cultural tourism”，imperfect departmental cooperation mechanism and so on. Therefore，it is suggested to strengthen the ability of cultural excavation，interpretation and artistic creation in the Yangtze River Delta，improve the supporting upstream and downstream industrial chain of cultural tourism integration，strengthen the construction of platform carrier of cultural tourism integration，layout experiential tourism infrastructure，innovate multi regional and multi sectional cooperation mechanism，and promote the sustainable and healthy development of cultural tourism integration in the Yangtze River Delta.
