针对近年来创新型测绘地理信息企业的人才需求，从激光雷达企业及其所涉研究内容和行业应用入手，分析了激光雷达企业对测绘地理信息专业人才的需求；探讨了当前测绘地理信息专业人才培养存在的主要问题；最后，针对激光雷达企业的测绘地理信息专业人才要求，提出了人才培养建议。
<<In response to the demand for talents of innovative surveying & mapping and geoinformation enterprises in recent years，starting with Lidar enterprises and their research content and industry applications，the demands of Lidar enterprises for surveying & mapping and geoinformation professionals were analyzed. The main problems of surveying & mapping and geoinformation professional cultivation were discussed. In response to the demands for the surveying & mapping and geoinformation professionals of the Lidar enterprises，some suggestions on talent cultivation were put forward.
