当前,测绘地理信息与物联网、大数据、云计算、5G通信、人工智能等新技术深度融合,催生出更多新产品、新模式和新业态,地理信息产业正处在向高质量发展的转型升级阶段,对人才的需求日益凸显。本文以南方测绘五年转型升级的实践为例,分析了地理信息产业发展形势,以及地理信息企业人才招募与任用的要点,旨在为新形势下地理信息企业选人用人和高校与科研机构人才培养等提供参考。
<<At present,the deep integration of surveying & mapping and geoinformation with new technologies such as the Internet of Things,big data,cloud computing,5G communications,and artificial intelligence has spawned more new products,new models and new formats. The geoinformation industry is developing towards high quality. During the transformation and upgrading stage,the demand for talents has become increasingly prominent. Taking the five-year transformation and upgrading practice of South Surveying & Mapping Technology Co.,Ltd. as an example,this article analyzed the development situation of the geoinformation industry,as well as the key points of the recruitment and appointment of talents,which may be reference for geoinformation enterprises and relative universities and scientific research institutions.
